PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE ACCESSING THIS SITE AND VISIONARY CUSTOM HOMES. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, WHICH INCLUDES VISIONARY CUSTOM HOMES YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING VISIONARY CUSTOM HOME’S SERVICES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WEBSITE, FORMS, PHONE, EMAIL, AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATION), YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

You also agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of modifications, which Visionary Custom Homes may make at any time. Your continued use of this Site or continued communication with us (including via SMS/text messaging) will be deemed your conclusive acceptance of any modified Agreement.
